Ordering from our site is very simple. Just click on the "add to cart" button on our product pages to add an item to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, following the step by step instructions you are given there.

Your order is important to us so let us know if you are having problems and we'll sort it out.

 

Payment

Our web site uses a secure server to gather credit card details. This will ensure your details are only seen by us. We do not store your credit card details.

 

Freight

For deliverys within New Zealand there is no charge for freight. If you live outside New Zealand there is a $10NZ freight fee.

 

Delivery

All email orders are responded to with a personal reply from us informing you that the order has been received and the day the order will leave us.

Delivery times are dependent on where you live. Within NZ we use a courier company and goods are normally dispatched within 2 - 3 working days and arrive overnight. International large orders go via DHL (2 - 3 days), small orders use NZ Post Airmail and take 5 - 15 days.

 

Refunds policy

Tessarose Productions will happily replace CDs that are faulty.

Please check the following before you send them back to us:

  • The CDs need to have been tested on a CD-R compatible player.
  • They must be clean (no fingerprints) and not scratched. Scratched CDs will not be replaced.

 

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to care for the CD so that it will play. Scratched and dirty CDs will not play and if the player laser is dirty they will not play either. Tessarose Productions is not liable for the condition of the customers player.
